Privacy policy

We process personal data in accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP). This policy explains which data we process, why, and for how long.

2. What this website does on its own

• It sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services.
• Fonts and images are served from this server. No font is loaded from an external provider, so simply reading the page discloses your IP address to no one.
• Our hosting provider keeps technical server log files (IP address, time, page requested, browser type). They serve operation and security and are deleted after a short period.

3. Booking and contact form

Appointment booking, package purchase and the contact form are provided by our booking system Ritual ERP and embedded in a frame on this page (ritualerp.ch). As soon as that frame loads, the operator of the booking system necessarily receives your IP address.

When you submit the form, we process the details you enter:

• name, email address and — if provided — phone number;
• the treatment chosen, date and time;
• your message, if you use the contact form.

We need this data to arrange your appointment, confirm it, remind you of it and invoice the treatment. Without it we cannot manage an appointment. Ritual ERP processes the data on our behalf as a processor and does not use it for its own purposes. Disclosure abroad takes place only where it is necessary for operation and adequate data protection is ensured.

4. Newsletter and marketing

We only send offers and news if you explicitly tick the box in the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time — via the unsubscribe link in every email, or by sending us a short message. Withdrawing it does not affect your appointments.

5. Retention

We keep appointment and client data for as long as the client relationship lasts. Receipts and invoices are subject to the statutory ten-year retention period. Pure contact enquiries without an appointment are deleted once they have been dealt with.

6. Your rights

You have the right to information about the data we process about you, and to have it corrected, deleted or handed over. Write to us at goldenritual.massage@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

7. Third-party links

We only link to Instagram, WhatsApp and the map view — none of them is embedded in this page. The relevant provider's privacy policy applies only once you click such a link.

8. Changes

We may amend this policy if our processing changes. The version published here applies. Last updated: August 2026.
