Cancellation policy & terms

These terms apply to every appointment at Golden Ritual Massage, Stolzestrasse 15, 8006 Zurich. By booking — online, by phone or in person — you accept them.

1. Appointments

We work by appointment only. Booking online reserves your time in the studio's calendar; we confirm it by email. Please arrive a few minutes early so the treatment can start calmly.

2. Cancelling and rescheduling

• Up to 24 hours before the appointment you can cancel or reschedule free of charge — by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• Less than 24 hours before, we charge 50% of the treatment price.
• If you do not show up without cancelling, we charge 100% of the treatment price.

The reason is simple: a reserved slot cannot be given to anyone else at short notice. Let us know as early as you can and we will find you a new time.

3. Arriving late

If you arrive late we will still treat you, but the treatment ends at the originally agreed time so that later appointments are not pushed back. The full price remains due.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Swiss francs. Payment is made after the treatment at the studio. Prices may change; the price shown at the time of booking applies.

5. Packages

Packages are personal and non-transferable, are not refunded, and expire twelve months after purchase. Sessions not used by then lapse without replacement. The cancellation terms above apply to each individual appointment of a package.

6. Health

Our treatments are for wellbeing and body care. They are not medical treatment and do not replace medical assessment or therapy.

Please tell us before the treatment about pregnancy, injuries, skin conditions, allergies, recent surgery, cardiovascular conditions or any medication you take. In some cases we have to decline or adapt a treatment — that is for your protection. Missing or incorrect information is at your own risk.

7. Treatments outside the studio

The same terms apply for hotels, companies and salons. Scope, place, price and payment are agreed in writing beforehand; any different cancellation deadline is set out in that agreement.

8. Liability

We accept no liability for valuables you bring with you. Otherwise we are liable only for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, unless the law provides otherwise.

9. Data protection

How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy.

10. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich. Last updated: August 2026.
